”AIEEE!” is the battle cry of this hard-hittin Dominican nightmare, or at least that’s what he yells when he swings and misses.  Jose grew up in the Dominican Republic where he used milk cartons for gloves and the head of a monkey for a ball.  When he moved to the US he ended up in a small town where dancing was outlawed.  But Jose has just got to dance.  So he would practice every day at the paper factory that he worked at.  This was of course a big hit with the local kids and he became very popular.  But of course the “man” tried to keep Jose down.  They learned fast that you can’t stop Jose’s dancing feet.  Just as opposing pitchers have learned not to let Jose’s fancy feet get on the base paths.
