Carl got hit in the nuts, stays down for 20 minutes. City Ordiance says lights out at 10:45. Park wins a close one after Burnsville but up several runs in the 8th when the lights suddenly went out.  Weak work from the city, but a good game to get pitchers their much needed innings.
